STAIN/SEALER - THE LATEST TECHNOLOGY Stain sealer will not only stain-proof your grout, it will also provide a uniform color to your grout. It can restore your original grout color to a like-new condition, or it can be used to change grout colors entirely. The stain/sealer is very durable, it will NOT allow spills to become stains and will give you years of relatively easy maintenance.

Okay, how about this much easier test - no risk on this one - walk around your tile floor and look at the grout color in the center of the room where everyone walks and things get spilled. Now look at the grout color at the edges, areas where you don't step or spill things on as often. Are they the same color? Is the color really uniform? If your tile floor isn't brand new, then it's probably not still the uniform color it was when it was installed.
